The Role

This role suits a developing Project Manager, experienced Assistant Project Manager, or strong site professional ready to step into project management.

You will help deliver townhouse developments ranging from 30 to 150 homes while working within an established site delivery structure.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting programme planning and project delivery
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site teams
- Monitoring quality, progress and construction timelines




- Resolving day-to-day delivery issues
- Working closely with senior site and construction leaders
- Maintaining clear communication across multiple project stakeholders

The Builder

Join an established residential builder delivering approximately 350 townhomes each year, with plans to increase output towards 500.

The business operates five to seven projects at any time and employs around 55 to 60 people, including an experienced site management team. Based in Notting Hill, projects are delivered across metropolitan Melbourne.

This continued growth creates genuine opportunities for emerging Project Managers to develop their skills, take on greater responsibility and build a long-term career within volume townhouse construction.
