Due to continued expansion within the business, we are seeking an accomplished Project Coordinator to join the software team within our Advanced Technologies Group. TheProject Coordinatoris responsible for planning, organising and coordinating software development activities across multiple products and projectsto ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the Product Owners and clients.

Key responsibilities

- Coordinatingsoftware development activities across multiplesoftware products.
- Supporting Product Owners with backlog management, prioritisation, and refinement activities.
- Liaising with Project Managers to deliver software products to support project requirements and schedules.
- Tracking and communicating delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.

Your experience

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field(e.g. Engineering or Information Technology).
- 5+ years experience.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to effectively plan and prioritise tasks with minimal supervision.

Desirable

- Experience with version control and task tracking software (such as the Atlassian suite of tools).




- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with a focus on Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
