What you'll do

- Analyze project performance and provide insights to improve future initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, particularly in digital transformation projects.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale digital initiatives from conception to completion.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Relevant degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

- Experience with Agile methodologies.
