What you’ll do
- Create and manage a scalable Data Lakehouse architecture from start to finish.
- Supervise ETL processes and ensure data quality and integrity.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide solutions.
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement in data practices.
- Analyze data to derive insights that support strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure and Databricks.
- Solid understanding of data architecture and data modeling concepts.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing solutions.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks.
- Experience in a leadership or mentoring role.
- Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards.
