What you'll do

Requirements

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a testing or process analysis role.
- Proven expertise in system testing methodologies and process improvement techniques.




- Solid analytical skills with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with various stakeholders effectively.
- A relevant degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Nice to have

- Familiarity with HR systems and tools.
- Experience in project management or agile methodologies.
