AUD $90,000 – $120,000 per annum + Superannuation + Performance Incentives
For highly experienced physiotherapists, sports physiotherapists, senior clinicians, or team leaders, salaries may exceed AUD $125,000.
Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physiotherapist with Full AHPRA Registration to join our growing multidisciplinary healthcare team. The successful candidate will assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal, neurological, orthopedic, sports, and rehabilitation conditions while delivering evidence-based care and exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Assessment & Treatment
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and functional evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals.
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions.
- Manage musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological, sports injury, and rehabilitation cases.
- Prescribe and progress therapeutic exercise programs.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and self-management strategies.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
- Patient Care & Communication
- Provide high-quality,
patient-centered care.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, medical practitioners, and allied health professionals.
- Ensure patient confidentiality and privacy requirements are maintained.
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration
- Work collaboratively with General Practitioners, Specialists, Occupational Therapists, Exercise Physiologists, Chiropractors, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in case conferences and multidisciplinary care planning.
- Facilitate referrals where appropriate.
- Quality & Professional Practice
- Maintain professional standards in accordance with AHPRA requirements.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
- Engage in continuing professional development (CPD).
- Adhere to workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
- Essential Requirements
- Qualifications
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy, Master of Physiotherapy, or equivalent recognized qualification.
- Registration
- Current Full Registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency).
- Current Qualified Indemnity Insurance.
- Current Working with Children Check (where applicable).
- Current National Police Check.
- Experience
- Demonstrated experience in physiotherapy practice.
- Ability to independently manage a clinical caseload.
- Strong clinical reasoning and decision‑making skills.
