- Deliver data and analytics requirements for stakeholders and manage senior stakeholder relationships
- Implement data solutions aligned with overall data strategy
- Own and manage analytics work pipelines
- Ensure high-quality data outputs with proper documentation
- Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot data issues
- Build and maintain data models for reporting and insights
- Develop reports using Power BI and other tools
- Create predictive models to support decision-making
- Deliver ad-hoc analytics projects to support business insights

Qualifications & Experience

- Experience with SAS, SSIS, Power BI, and Synapse
- Strong background in data analytics, warehousing, and reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills




- Ability to present technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Relevant degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or similar
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft data platforms
- 2+ years of Power BI experience (including DAX)
- Robust SQL expertise (5+ years)
- Experience in data analysis, data mining, predictive modeling, and visualization
- Strong data quality, storytelling, and governance skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and quality-focused
