PROJECT MANAGER - KITCHEN & BATHROOM RENOVATIONS

An exciting opportunity exists for a Project Manager with experience in domestic kitchen & bathroom renovations to join our team on a full-time basis in the inner eastern suburbs.

This is a highly autonomous role, requiring initiative, problem-solving and communication skills, as well as excellent carpentry skills to get the job done right.

This is primarily a project management role however there will at times be a 'hands on' component, therefore the role is suited to someone with previous carpentry/joinery experience. You will project manage all trades in kitchen and bathroom renovations at residential sites.

To be a successful candidate for this role, you meet these essential criteria:

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar project management role in the kitchen & bathroom industry.

A clear ability to interpret detailed plans.





Robust attention to detail and a desire to do the job right.

An excellent understanding of building practice.

Have experience in co-ordination of trades and client liaison.

Be highly autonomous and have a 'can do' approach to problem solving.

Have a full, current driver's license and own work vehicle (or use our vehicle by agreement).

Are a skilled trades person, fully qualified and have your own tools.

Melbourne resident with full PR/citizenship (Visa holders will not be considered).

Salary package includes salary + 12% super, laptop, mobile phone, fuel expenses, and vehicle allowance for use of own vehicle (or vehicle provided)
