We are seeking a capable and committed Centre Manager to take the lead at a well-regarded early learning service in the Clifton Hill Area. This is a permanent, full-time role suited to an experienced early learning leader ready to take ownership and drive solid outcomes.

As Centre Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of the service while leading a team of educators who are passionate about quality education and care. You’ll create an environment where children feel safe and curious, families feel confident and informed, and educators feel supported to do their best work.

Centre Manager – Clifton Hill Area, Vic

The Role

- Provide day-to-day leadership and direction across the service
- Guide and support educators to deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate programs
- Embed the EYLF and National Quality Standards into everyday practice
- Maintain compliance across regulatory, safety, and quality requirements
- Build strong partnerships with families and community stakeholders
- Manage staffing, rosters, budgets, and operational priorities
- Drive continuous improvement, coaching, and team development

About You





- Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
- Previous experience (2–3 years) leading an early learning service
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework
- A calm, confident leader who puts children at the centre of decision-making
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
- Organised, adaptable, and comfortable managing competing demands
- A genuine commitment to nurturing teams and quality outcomes
