About the Role:

Our client is seeking a skilledAI Automation Engineer to join ourGlobal Markets Trading Automation team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation solutions. You will bridge the gap between advanced artificial intelligence and practical banking operations. Your work will directly eliminate manual workflows, optimize algorithmic processes, and enhance data-driven decision-making across our trading and compliance systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design End-to-End Solutions: Architect and implement intelligent automation workflows using GenAI, LLMs, and RPA tools.
- Develop AI Models: Build, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning models tailored for financial data processing.
- Integrate Systems: Connect AI capabilities seamlessly with existing legacy banking platforms and modern cloud infrastructure.
- Optimize Processes: Analyze complex banking workflows to identify automation bottlenecks and deliver high-performance fixes.
- Ensure Compliance: Collaborate with risk and security teams to build explainable AI systems that meet strict financial regulations.
- Maintain Infrastructure: Monitor, test,



and upscale production AI pipelines to ensure maximum uptime and data integrity.

Skills and Experience Required

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- AI Frameworks: Hands-on experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, or Hugging Face.
- Automation Tools: Proven track record with enterprise automation tools like UiPath or native cloud automation services.
- Financial Domain Knowledge: Understanding of investment banking operations, market data, or regulatory reporting is highly desirable.
- Communication: Ability to explain complex technical AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders across global offices.
