We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chefto lead the kitchen at one of the largest and most exciting hotel redevelopments in regional Victoria.

Located in the Bendigo region, this venue is undergoing a major transformation and will showcase multiple food outlets within the one venue, creating a dynamic food offering and an exciting platform for a talented chef to truly shine.

Working with an established hospitality group with over 25 years of success, you will take the reins of a brand-new kitchenand help shape the culinary identity of a venue that aims to become the region’s “Bishopsgate” style destination— a place known for excellent food, energy and atmosphere.
