Our client is a respected leader in the property and accommodation sector, partnering with prominent national clients. They are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead strategic and digital marketing initiatives that elevate brand presence and support leasing performance.

Reporting to the General Manager of Marketing, you’ll be responsible for delivering impactful marketing strategies designed to boost occupancy and drive strong leasing outcomes.

Duties:

- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform marketing strategy and property positioning
- Develop and deliver strategic and tactical campaigns that drive leasing outcomes
- Lead multi-channel marketing initiatives across digital, social, and traditional platforms
- Prepare and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and measuring ROI
- Collaborate with property teams, leasing professionals, and external agencies to execute effective marketing initiatives
