What is the Role?

We are looking for a recruitment professional to join our national human resourcing team as our HR Talent Advisor working within transport, warehousing and office employment engagements. This role will act as a trusted advisor to our senior leaders, owning the full recruitment life cycle while supporting the execution of recruitment strategies that attract high-performing talent. The HR Talent Advisor will play a critical role in scaling teams with quality people with a strong focus on candidate experience.

As the HR Talent Advisor, you will:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment across office, fleet and warehousing.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from advertising and sourcing to interviews through to offer management including onboarding and offboarding within internal systems.
- Coordinate and conduct candidate screening, shortlisting, and interviews.

- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and uphold the employer brand.
- Utilise LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools to proactively identify talent.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and data within internal HR systems.
- Assist with the full onboarding coordination in collaboration with HR and hiring teams.
- Support talent pipeline development for future hiring needs.
- Utilise existing or promote new technology to improve hiring manager experience and adopting tools and resources to improve recruitment activities.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience in internal recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in transport or freight forwarding.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritise competing demands and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
- Proactive sourcing and networking skills using various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
- Team player with a flexible, solutions-focused mindset.

If you’re passionate about recruitment and owning the full recruitment life cycle, we’d love to hear from you! Please note, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. No Agencies Please.

This position requires the preferred candidate to undergo a Criminal History Records check. A criminal history does not necessarily disqualify a prospective candidate from selection.

Please note you must be an Australian or Recent Zealand citizen or a permanent resident or have unlimited working rights in Australia to apply for this position.
