What You’ll Do

Lead and inspire a high-performing Business Banking team

Champion customer success by identifying opportunities and delivering tailored financial solutions

Drive strategic growth using deep market insights and commercial acumen

Foster a culture of excellence through coaching, mentoring, and capability development

Represent CommBank as a key regional ambassador, building strong relationships with clients and the broader business community

Navigate complexity with confidence—structuring and negotiating sophisticated business solutions

What You’ll Bring

Proven leadership experience in business or commercial banking

A passion for developing people and building high-performing teams

Strong credit and risk expertise, with a sharp commercial mindset

Exceptional relationship-building skills and a customer-first approach

A track record of driving business growth and delivering strong results

Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, or Commerce (preferred)

Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
