In this role, you will be integral to the research and development team, focusing on the core material technology that supports our long-duration energy storage solutions. Your contributions will enhance the performance, testing methodologies, and quality assurance of our MGA blocks.

What you’ll do
- Contribute to the development and testing of materials used in MGA Thermal’s energy storage solutions.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure the performance and reliability of our products.
- Collaborate with team members to improve testing methods and material performance.
- Analyze data and provide insights to drive continuous improvement in our material technologies.
Requirements
- A degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in materials research and development.
- Proficiency in experimental design and statistical analysis.
- Familiarity with quality control processes and testing methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience with energy storage technologies or renewable energy systems.
- Knowledge of thermal energy storage materials and their applications.
- Familiarity with software tools for data analysis and material characterization.
