The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Part-Time or Casual Butcher to join our growing family business. The role we have available is across our iconic market stores and East Brunswick Village.

This role offers a unique opportunity that allows you to focus on what you love—creating beautiful, enticing displays that draw customers in. No need to break down carcasses or bone beef; all the heavy lifting is done at our production facility. Instead, you'll receive pre-prepared, high-quality cuts, allowing you to concentrate on perfecting the retail presentation and customer experience.

Your Experience

- 2+ years of butchery experience
- Any type of butchery experience will be considered for this position (Retail Preferred)
- Exceptional knife skills and cutting technique
- Proven track record of maintaining high quality standards
- Strong knowledge of meat cuts, handling, and storage requirements
- Attention to detail




- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
- Available to work weekends
