Hitech Asia Pacific is looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join a significant Microsoft 365 transformation project. This position involves collaborating with a dedicated ICT team to enhance enterprise collaboration services.

What you'll do

- Assist in the implementation and improvement of Microsoft 365 tools, including SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the successful delivery of project objectives.

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically with Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Proven ability to manage and deliver projects in a government environment.




- Robust analytical skills and experience in stakeholder engagement.
- Relevant qualifications in IT, Business, or a related field.

Nice to have

- Experience with enterprise collaboration services.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Skills & tools

- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, particularly SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Practical notes

- Initial contract duration is until June 2027, with the possibility of a 12-month extension.
