This is a strong contract opportunity for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join a high-performing technology team delivering critical platform enhancements and automation initiatives.

Based in Melbourne on an initial 6-month contract, you will play a key role in driving platform capability and improving service delivery across the organisation.

You will work in a collaborative setting, partnering with stakeholders to design, build, and optimise ServiceNow solutions. This role offers solid exposure to enterprise-scale systems, integration projects, and workflow automation, making it ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems and delivering tangible business impact.

This is: what you’ll do

- Design and develop ServiceNow solutions, including forms, workflows, and UI policies
- Build and configure business rules and scripts to automate processes
- Deliver workflow automation using Flow Designer and platform scripting
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems via APIs and web services
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable and efficient solutions
- Execute unit testing, regression testing, and support UAT cycles
- Manage deployments, releases, and post-release support activities
- Analyse and resolve defects,

- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer across ITSM and Virtual Agent modules
- Strong scripting and platform configuration capability within ServiceNow
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow with enterprise systems using APIs
- Solid understanding of testing practices across unit, regression, and UAT
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on user experience
