We are looking for a skilled AWS DevOps Engineer to join our team on a contract basis. This position is focused on enhancing our cloud-native AWS platform through effective DevOps practices and monitoring strategies. You will play a crucial role in developing monitoring solutions, setting SRE standards, and ensuring the reliability of our platform.

What you'll do
- Create and implement observability solutions for AWS platforms, including EKS, Lambda, and SNS.
- Establish and define service level indicators (SLIs) and service level objectives (SLOs) to enhance platform reliability.
- Enhance proactive monitoring and alerting mechanisms to improve overall system performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with a robust focus on AWS technologies.
- Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures and services, particularly within AWS.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and practices, including the ability to design effective observability solutions.
- Experience in defining and implementing SLIs and SLOs.
Nice to have
- Experience with container orchestration and management, particularly using Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
