- Procurement for a Large IT Transformation Program

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial, procurement and vendor management activities for a large-scale technology transformation program.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end ICT procurement and commercial activities for complex technology programs.
- Develop sourcing strategies, procurement documentation, contracts and commercial evaluations.
- Manage vendor engagement, contract negotiations and commercial performance.
- Provide strategic commercial advice to executives and project leadership to support informed decision-making.
- Develop and maintain procurement pipelines, reporting and governance across multiple workstreams.

Key Skills and Experience





- 8+ years’ experience in commercial management, ICT procurement or strategic sourcing.
- Demonstrated experience managing technology procurement programs valued at $50M+.
- Solid knowledge of ICT contracts, vendor management and government or enterprise procurement frameworks.
- Prior Government experience would be advantageous
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to lead teams while remaining hands-on.
- Exceptional commercial acumen with strong negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
