Urgent Care Network Australia is seeking an experienced Endorsed Nurse Practitioner to join our growing team at our Epping Urgent Care Centre . This is an excellent opportunity to practice at the top of your scope in a well-supported, multidisciplinary environment, all without the demands of overnight shifts or on-call work.

You’ll independently assess, diagnose and manage patients presenting with urgent, non-life-threatening conditions while collaborating closely with experienced GPs, nurses and support staff.

About the Role

As an Endorsed Nurse Practitioner, you will:

- Independently assess, diagnose and manage urgent presentations
- Develop treatment plans and prescribe within your scope of practice
- Order and interpret pathology and diagnostic investigations
- Perform procedures and provide evidence-based clinical care
- Deliver patient education and discharge planning




- Recognise patients requiring escalation or transfer to higher levels of care
- Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses and the wider clinical team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes

About You

To be successful, you will have:

- Current AHPRA registration as an Endorsed Nurse Practitioner
- Experience in Urgent Care, Emergency, Primary Care or another acute clinical setting
- Excellent clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Confidence working autonomously and making sound clinical decisions
- Robust communication and teamwork skills
- Full Australian working rights
