We’re seeking a passionate and experiencedRelief Care Manager to join our dynamic team. This unique role involvestravel across Care Communities in Melbourne , providing vital leadership and clinical support where it’s needed most. About the Role:

- Provide interim leadership and clinical oversight across multiple Care Communities
- Travel regularly within the Melbourne region.
- Mentor and support local clinical teams to deliver high-quality care
- Collaborate with General Managers and regional teams to ensure continuity and excellence
- Drive continuous improvement and uphold Aged Care Standards
- Foster a culture of compassion, accountability, respect, and excellence
