What you'll do
- Lead and mentor Enterprise Account Executives, focusing on strategic deal reviews.
- Engage directly in high-value, complex deals with healthcare stakeholders.
- Establish clear qualification criteria and deal stages for the Enterprise pipeline.
- Ensure accurate forecasting for the Enterprise segment and present results to leadership.
- Develop effective onboarding and enablement programs for new Enterprise AEs.
- Collaborate with Product and Clinical teams on procurement and security reviews.
- Identify and resolve breakdowns in the sales process for large healthcare systems.
- Recruit and hire new Enterprise Account Executives as the team expands.
Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience in enterprise sales,
with a focus on tangible achievements.
- Belief in the transformative power of software products.
- Proven ability to create and implement a repeatable sales process from scratch.
- Demonstrated interest in AI through personal projects or hands-on experience.
- A proactive approach to building solutions rather than making requests.
- Confidence in your ideas, coupled with an openness to alternative perspectives.
