Central West Machinery is a fast growing new dealership specialising in the sale of SANY construction equipment. Our expanding range includes excavators, motor graders, rollers, wheel loaders, skid steers, telehandlers, forklifts and more. We are committed to delivering high quality machinery, exceptional customer service, and reliable solutions to customers across the construction, civil, agricultural, and earthmoving industries.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team in the Central West.

This is a hands on, on the road sales role suited to someone who enjoys building strong relationships, developing new business opportunities, and working closely with customers throughout the region.

As Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth of Central West Machinery by promoting our range of SANY equipment while working closely with our parts and service departments to ensure customers receive outstanding support throughout the entire ownership experience. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing business and help establish a leading machinery dealership in the Central West.

About the Role

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

- Developing recent sales opportunities throughout the Central West and surrounding regions
- Managing and growing relationships with existing customers
- Conducting regular on road customer visits and machinery demonstrations
- Following up enquiries, preparing quotations and closing sales
- Coordinating machinery sales with the parts and service departments




- Maintaining accurate customer records and sales pipelines
- Assisting with equipment deliveries, trade ins and customer handovers
- Representing Central West Machinery at field days, demonstrations and industry events
- Helping develop sales strategies as the business continues to grow

About You

We are looking for someone who:

- Has experience in machinery, automotive, agricultural, construction or equipment sales
- Is confident developing new business and building long term customer relationships
- Is self motivated, organised and comfortable working independently
- Has strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills
- Understands the importance of supporting customers after the sale
- Can work closely with sales, parts, service and management teams
- Holds a full current Australian driver licence

Experience within the earthmoving or construction machinery industry would be highly regarded, although applicants with a strong sales background and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
