Inverloch Childcare is seeking an experienced Centre Manager who can lead a team to deliver exceptional care aligned with EYLF and NQS guided by Inverloch Childcare's vision and philosophy.You will be required to oversee the full operation of the day to day running of the centre including recruitment, rosters, compliance, staff development, maintaining and building relationships with our families and the broader community, meeting budget targets and driving utilisation.

With your knowledge of the Early Childhood sector you will guide your team, to provide high quality care and education, establish and maintain engaging environments..

Whilst you will be able to work autonomously and must be able to make decisions, you will have the support of our PMC to achieve a successful centre and excellence.

The Role

- Lead the overall operations, performance, and culture of a high-performing early learning centre.
- Mentor and empower educators to deliver exceptional care aligned with EYLF and NQS.
- Ensure full compliance with National Regulations and champion the Centre's Quality Improvement Plan
- Have excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and connections with our families and children

What You'll Bring

- ACECQA-approved Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in early childhood education, including at least 2 years in a Centre Manager or senior leadership role.
- Strong working knowledge of National Regulations, NQS, EYLF, and Victorian frameworks.
- Proven capability in budget management, rostering, and operational compliance.
- Solid commitment to Child Safety.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Leadership Skills and a "Can Do" Approach.
- Current Working with Children Check and all mandatory certifications (First Aid HLTAID012, CPR, Anaphylaxis, Asthma, Mandatory Reporting, Food Safety Supervisor).
