About the role

This is a Fixed Term Position until 30 June 2027. The portfolio Test Manager within Solutions Delivery (Enterprise Technology) leads the testing capability that supports enterprise technology initiatives. It manages end-to-end testing, including planning, execution and monitoring, while ensuring testing activities meet business outcomes. The role also works closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver successful technology outcomes.

Key responsibilities include maintaining testing frameworks, processes and tools; providing expert testing advice and quality assurance; leading team planning, resource allocation and development; and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders to plan and deliver future testing outcomes. Other duties may be assigned as required.

- Brings expert functional testing knowledge, providing strategic guidance on testing frameworks, quality assurance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and experience

- 5+ years of experience working in a similar role and organisation (mandatory)
- Demonstrable working knowledge of enterprise technology suites (Finance, HR, Payroll, M365, Asset Management, Networks and Identity) (desirable)
- Industry standard qualifications in test management (desirable)
