Job Description

Reporting to the General Manager and Executive Team, your key responsibilities will include:

- Develop and deliver marketing initiatives that support business growth, brand awareness and customer engagement
- Manage and strengthen the Watters brand across all locations and communication channels
- Lead our website, social media presence and digital marketing activities
- Create engaging content for marketing campaigns, newsletters, company updates and online platforms
- Drive customer, employee and community engagement through effective communications and storytelling
- Coordinate internal communications, employee engagement initiatives and major company announcements
- Plan and promote company events, trade shows, sponsorships and community partnerships
- Monitor marketing performance and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement and results
- Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, media contacts and marketing suppliers
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support future business growth
- Work closely with teams across the business to ensure consistent messaging, branding and presentation

From overseeing digital marketing campaigns and website content through to managing company communications, events, sponsorships and branding initiatives, you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact across the business. About the Candidate

- Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline
- Experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing or brand management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing websites, social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns
- Excellent organisational and project management skills
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A proactive and innovative mindset with a willingness to drive continuous improvement
- Confidence working with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation and externally
- Current Driver License
