Who You Are:

- A Retail Leader with at least 2+ years' multi-site experience and a strong track record in managing financial budgets
- Sales Strategist who sets targets, forecasts growth, and drives results
- Safety Champion with deep WHS knowledge and a sharp eye for detail
- People Connector who builds strong relationships and communicates with impact
- Automotive Enthusiast who's ready to take their career to the next level

What You'll Do:

- Lead and energise store teams across Victoria
- Execute company strategy and hit performance targets
- Maximise revenue and manage expenses
