Our team is looking for a Therapy Team Lead who loves supporting people just as much as they would embrace this opportunity shape excellent clinical practice across our team. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll guide and support our passionate Allied Health team while still staying connected to the work and helping people achieve meaningful outcomes every day. You’ll help create a positive, collaborative team setting, support clinicians to do their best work, and drive high-quality, person-centred support across our NDIS services.
While our team has a strong Occupational Therapy presence, we’re absolutely open to Allied Health professionals from a range of backgrounds. More than anything, we’re looking for someone with solid Allied Health experience in the NDIS space and a genuine passion for supporting both clients and clinicians.
