Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic directions to the Warranty team and ensure all matters are resolved efficiently and professionally.

Act as the senior technical lead, guiding installation standards, maintenance practices, and system performance.

Influence and manage subcontractor output to ensure all work meets compliance and quality expectations.

Maintain safe work practices and consistent operational procedures across all service functions.





Work with senior management to streamline processes and lift operational efficiency.

Ensure all interactions and service outcomes reflect a high standard of professionalism and customer care.

About You

Holds current HVAC licences and relevant industry certifications.

Strong technical understanding of residential HVAC systems and performance.

Background working within residential construction environments.)
