Motorola Solutions Australia seeks a senior telecommunications engineer to own the technical operation and maintenance of P25 systems for the Victorian MMR and RMR networks. You will provide RF engineering expertise and lead upgrades for main systems and subsystems.

The role requires hands-on support, 24x7 on-call availability, and collaboration with NOC and field engineers to ensure performance, reliability, and compliance with KPIs.
