Sylvanvale is seeking a dedicated and agile Site Manager to lead 24/7 Supported Independent Living homes across Greater Sydney and the Blue Mountains. You will drive day-to-day operations, mentor a compassionate Disability Support Worker team and ensure best-practice care for residents with complex needs.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will coordinate care, manage resources, and implement complex support plans while promoting choice and control in residents’ homes.
