About the role

In this position, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure solutions that support Northern Health's mission. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our cloud services are reliable and efficient, contributing to the overall improvement of healthcare delivery in our community.

What you'll do

- Design and implement scalable cloud solutions to support various applications and services.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance system performance and reliability.

Requirements

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in cloud platform engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Experience with containerization technologies, particularly Docker and Kubernetes.




- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
- Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
