At The Gordon, we're seeking a highly organised and relationship focused Project Contract Management Office Coordinator (PMCO) to join our Business Services team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys navigating the detail of contracts while also supporting project delivery through strong governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement.

You'll work alongside another PCMO Coordinator in a collaborative partnership, sharing knowledge, supporting each other and ensuring seamless coverage across project and contract management activities. You'll provide guidance and support to contract owners and stakeholders, helping to manage risk and deliver successful outcomes.

You'll be responsible for:

- Supporting contract owners throughout the full contract lifecycle, providing advice on legal agreements, terms and conditions, governance requirements and compliance obligations, while monitoring existing contracts, tracking key milestones and helping ensure successful contract delivery and outcomes.
- Support project managers by providing project governance, reporting, monitoring and administrative support, helping ensure projects remain on track, risks are identified early, and key milestones and deliverables are achieved.
- Contributing to continuous improvement of systems, processes, templates, reporting and governance practices across the Institute.

About You:

You're naturally curious,



analytical and confident building relationships with a broad range of stakeholders. You enjoy balancing compliance and governance requirements with practical solutions and take pride in delivering quality outcomes.

You will bring:

- Experience in contract management, with a strong understanding of contract lifecycles and governance frameworks.
- Experience drafting, reviewing or coordinating agreements and contractual documentation.
- Knowledge of project management principles, methodologies and reporting practices.
- Robust stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- The ability to provide clear advice, influence outcomes and navigate competing priorities.
- Experience working within government, local government, education or other regulated environments will be highly regarded.
- Relevant tertiary training/qualifications in Project, Contract or Record Management or a related field and extensive relevant experience in the areas of project and/or contract management.

This is a backfill opportunity full time until 28 January 2028. 0.8 FTE considered for the right candidate.
