What you'll do

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the utilities sector, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and technical support, to deliver customized solutions that align with client requirements.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance metrics, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on client performance, project status, and market trends to senior management and stakeholders.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and integration of Gentrack's services.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact clients and Gentrack's offerings.
- Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote Gentrack's services and expand professional connections.




- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Provide training and support to clients on Gentrack's software solutions, ensuring they are fully equipped to utilize the tools effectively.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of client engagement processes and strategies to enhance overall client satisfaction.

Requirements

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in client management, account management, or a related field, preferably within the utilities or technology sectors.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Familiarity with utility industry standards, practices, and regulations is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing client needs and challenges.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
