Position: ServiceNow Engineer / Administrator

Role Overview

The ServiceNow Engineer / Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and support of the ServiceNow platform. The role includes supporting implementations, deployments, upgrades, and ensuring the platform operates securely and reliably in a Government environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and support the ServiceNow platform

- Manage users, roles, groups, and access controls

- Support ServiceNow implementations, deployments,



and upgrades

- Perform platform configuration including workflows, forms, and UI policies

- Monitor system performance and resolve platform issues

- Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities

- Maintain technical and operational documentation

- Ensure platform compliance with Government security and governance standards

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years’ experience as a ServiceNow Engineer or Administrator

- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration and configuration

- Valuable understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes

- Experience supporting ServiceNow deployments and upgrades

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve platform issues

- Strong communication and documentation skills

- ServiceNow certification (CSA or equivalent)

- Experience working in Government or regulated environments
