Responsibilities
- In office work at customer locations
- Independently performing maintenance and repair activities, as well as diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure continuous equipment operation
- Carrying out preventive maintenance in accordance with the service schedule and customer contract requirements
- Building and maintaining long‑term customer relationships based on trust, daily commitment, technical excellence, and equipment reliability
- Collaborating with other company departments to resolve technical issues, coordinate service interventions, and manage the ordering and shipment of spare parts
- Preparing reports on system performance and completed maintenance and service activities
- Delivering technical training to customer operators
- Managing and updating safety documentation
Requirements
- Willingness to travel internationally on business assignments (approximately 200 days per year)
- At least a secondary education (technical background preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
- Experience as an electromechanical technician or automation technician
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Communicative level of English
- Valid Category B driving licence
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Siemens, Beckhoff, Allen‑Bradley, Rockwell, and Fanuc PLC systems and software
- Forklift operator certification
