We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing and CRM Manager to join the marketing team. This full-time role will be responsible for driving our digital growth strategy, developing and implementing digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, member acquisition and retention. You will oversee the company's digital marketing platforms and solutions, work closely with the marketing and operations teams to deliver exceptional member experiences.

What your day-to-day looks like

Develop and execute the national digital marketing strategy across paid, owned and earned channels to drive brand awareness, lead generation, member acquisition and revenue growth.

Manage digital marketing budgets, allocating investment to maximise performance, return on investment and business outcomes.

Own the Fernwood and HYPOXI websites, driving ongoing optimisation of user experience, conversion rate, SEO and content to deliver commercial results.

Lead the implementation, optimisation and reporting of national digital marketing campaigns, using data and insights to continually improve results.

CRM & Communication Management

Lead the evolution of Fernwood's CRM strategy, owning the review, optimisation and ongoing development of our CRM ecosystem and marketing technology stack to support future business growth.

Develop and manage the communication strategy and execution plan across all digital touchpoints – web, email, SMS, and app.

Manage the national referral program, incentivizing both referrers for member growth.

Develop audience segmentation and personalisation strategies to deliver relevant communications for different member groups.

Manage Talkbox,



Zipleads and other marketing automation platforms, ensuring effective campaign execution and optimisation.

Oversee database management, ensuring data quality, compliance and seamless integration across marketing systems.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, CRM or a related field.

Minimum 4- 5 years' experience in a digital marketing or CRM management role, preferably in the fitness, retail or ecommerce industries

Proven experience developing and executing successful CRM and digital marketing strategies that deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

Demonstrated experience leading or contributing to major CRM, customer experience or marketing technology projects.

Proficient in CRM software, analytics tools and digital marketing platforms (e.g. Wordpress, Google Analytics, SEMRush)

Basic knowledge ofHTML/CSS for email templatesis a plus.

Strong project management, collaboration and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.

Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, with the confidence to engage, influence and present to senior stakeholders.
