What you’ll do

- Manage and mentor the Sydney-based medical support staff to maintain high clinical standards.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex patient cases, providing senior clinical judgment.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and clinical departments to improve processes and patient safety.
- Represent the company as a clinical thought leader by contributing to articles, speaking at events, and creating patient-focused content.
- Integrate empathy into the patient journey to ensure clear and supportive communication.

Requirements

- Current AHPRA registration as a nurse.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a patient-facing clinical role or clinical operations.
- Demonstrated history of managing teams, including handling performance reviews and professional development.
- Ability to manage sensitive conversations with patients and stakeholders clearly and confidently.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on systemic improvements rather than isolated fixes.




- Comfort with public speaking and representing clinical philosophy externally.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous setting.

Nice to have

- Experience or interest in telehealth and GLP-1 medications.
- Background in managing distributed or offshore teams.
- Experience in health writing, media contribution, or public health communication.
- Existing professional network within the Australian digital health or nursing sectors.
