The National Parts Manager is responsible for driving achievement of Parts revenue and profit targets across Motorcycles, Power Equipment and Marine business lines through strong P&L; management and strategic planning aligned to company priorities, supported by effective dealer engagement & performance, high-performing team leadership, and proactive upward stakeholder management to maintain alignment and confidence at senior levels.
How you'll make an impact
- Develop and execute mid- to long-term parts strategies aligned with company objectives, while presenting plans and performance updates to senior management
- Drive Parts Sales, Gross Profit, and Operating Profit targets through effective cost management
- Lead development and implementation of parts pricing strategies and execute through both short term and long-term activities
- Collaborate closely with regional teams and dealers to improve parts operations performance, strengthen alignment, and increase service parts usage
- Use market insights and dealer feedback to enhance competitiveness, implement marketing and branding activities, and represent Honda at dealer and investor engagements
- Deliver accurate monthly reporting, KPI submissions, and management updates, providing clear visibility of business performance
- Lead budgeting,
forecasting, and quarterly planning processes
- Prepare and present P&L; performance and recommendations to support strategic decision-making
What you'll bring to Honda
- Demonstrated experienced in parts operations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficient in office 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Comprehensive knowledge of automotive industry standards and operational best practices
- Highly developed time management and organisational capabilities
- Proven leadership capability with a strong ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
- Related business degree will be advantageous
