What you'll do

- Lead the strategic development and continuous improvement of our Agent Tools, ensuring they effectively serve user requirements while aligning with broader business goals.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to establish a clear product vision and prioritize features that deliver maximum value.
- Manage the product backlog by defining, refining, and prioritizing user stories and tasks to ensure timely delivery of product enhancements.
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to gather feedback, communicate progress, and align on priorities, ensuring all parties are informed and engaged.
- Analyze user data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, driving data-informed decisions that enhance user experience.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including roadmaps, release notes, and user guides, to facilitate transparency and knowledge sharing.




- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to inform product strategy and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the team.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective team collaboration and project management.
- Support the development of training materials and resources for internal teams and users to maximize the adoption and effective use of Agent Tools.
- Engage with external partners and vendors as necessary to enhance product capabilities and integrations.

Requirements

- At least 5 years of experience in product ownership or product management, particularly within a technology-focused workplace.
- Demonstrated success in delivering software products that meet user needs, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
- A relevant degree in fields such as Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering,



or a related discipline.
- Proven ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions that drive product success.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality.

Nice to have

- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar software that supports Agile practices.
- Previous experience in the financial services sector or with large-scale systems that require robust product management.
- Knowledge of user experience design principles and methodologies, enhancing the ability to create user-centric products.
