The Role:
Reporting directly to senior leadership, the Marketing Manager will take ownership of the end-to-end marketing function across the business, leading both project marketing for a portfolio of premium residential developments and the broader corporate brand strategy. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external agency partners, you'll drive campaign delivery, project launches and brand initiatives that support the company's continued growth.
This is a rare opportunity to establish and lead the marketing function for a growing developer with an exciting pipeline of premium projects. As a newly created role, you'll have the autonomy to shape strategy, build processes and ultimately grow and lead the marketing team, playing a key role in the company's long-term growth and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies across residential development projects and corporate brand initiatives
- Lead brand positioning,
creative direction and campaign execution
- Manage external agencies and consultants across all marketing initiatives
- Oversee digital marketing, website, CRM and content channels
- Drive successful project launches from pre-launch through to settlement
- Monitor campaign performance and optimise outcomes across all marketing channels
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership, sales and development teams
- Contribute to the ongoing growth and development of the marketing function
The Candidate:
We are seeking an experienced marketing professional with a strong background in the property development and project marketing sector. You will ideally bring:
- Demonstrated experience in a senior marketing role within property development
- Strong expertise across brand, digital and campaign marketing
- Proven stakeholder management capability
- Ability to lead and development a marketing team
- Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
- The ability to thrive within a quick-paced, high-performing environment
