We're looking for a passionate Occupational Therapist who wants to be part of something more than just another clinic. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and grow our Occupational Therapy service within a genuinely collaborative multidisciplinary team of Psychologists, Play-Based Therapists and Behaviour Support Practitioners.

As we continue to expand across our Essendon, Briar Hill/Greensborough and Frankston clinics , we're looking for someone who is excited by the opportunity to help build something meaningful while making a genuine difference in the lives of children and families.

Our approach is relationship-based, neuroaffirming and family-centred . We celebrate each child's unique strengths and work alongside families to build meaningful participation, confidence and wellbeing, rather than focusing on "fixing" differences.

About the Role

This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to tailor your caseload to your interests and experience.

Your work may include:

- Individual Occupational Therapy with children and adolescents.
- Functional Capacity Assessments and comprehensive reports (or support to develop these skills).
- Parent coaching and practical strategies to support participation in everyday life.
- Collaboration with schools, kindergartens and other professionals.
- School observations where clinically indicated.
- Working alongside our multidisciplinary team to provide holistic, family-centred care.

Our preference is for predominantly clinic-based work,



with outreach completed where it is clinically indicated.

About You

You are someone who:

- Is passionate about working with children and families.
- Practises from a neuroaffirming, strengths-based approach.
- Values relationships before interventions.
- Enjoys collaborating with other disciplines.
- Is reflective, curious and committed to ongoing learning.
- Has experience supporting neurodivergent children and young people.
- Is confident working with parents and educators.
- Enjoys helping children participate more fully at home, school and in their community.

Experience completing Functional Capacity Assessments is highly regarded but not essential.
