This role is central to delivering exceptional client experiences, ensuring operational excellence, and leading the client services team to provide high-level support to the advisory function.

Client Service Manager

- 110,000 Per Year + Super

What do you do?

- Lead and manage the client services team, providing guidance, training, and performance management to ensure high standards of service delivery.
- Oversee client onboarding, account administration, and ongoing service requests.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation for client meetings.
- Support advisers in portfolio management and compliance with regulatory obligations.




- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve client queries efficiently.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience.

What do you need?

- 5 years’ experience in a client service role within private wealth, financial planning, or investment services, including team leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of financial products, investments, superannuation, and retirement planning.
- Proven ability to manage, coach, and develop a high-performing client services team.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a solid client-focused approach.
