$120,000 - $140,000 + super

CalibrX is Australia's leading Salesforce recruitment agency, and we are partnering with a growing CRM consultancy looking for a Salesforce Technical Consultant to join its Melbourne team.

This is a hands-on Level 3 technical role supporting a portfolio of Salesforce customers. You will investigate complex incidents, identify root causes and implement reliable, maintainable solutions across configuration, automation, integrations, security and custom development.

You will work closely with Solution Architects, developers and customer stakeholders, contributing to technical discussions and recommending the right solution for each environment.

Responsibilities:

- Investigate and resolve complex Salesforce incidents, defects and service requests
- Troubleshoot issues across configuration, Flow, Apex, security, data and integrations
- Implement controlled fixes that improve platform reliability and maintainability
- Contribute to solution design discussions with architects and developers
- Support sandbox development, testing, deployments and code reviews




- Explain technical findings, risks and recommendations to customers
- Provide guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 support resources
- Maintain clear technical documentation

Experience:

- Strong hands-on Salesforce configuration and troubleshooting experience
- Advanced Salesforce Flow capability
- Experience with Apex classes, triggers and test classes
- Positive understanding of Salesforce security, sharing and access controls
- Experience with APIs, integrations, middleware and third-party applications
- Understanding of Salesforce DevOps, source control and deployment processes
- Experience working with sandbox environments and tools such as Bitbucket
- OmniStudio or Education Cloud experience would be advantageous
- Strong customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills
