Opal HealthCare in Melbourne region is seeking a Creative and compassionate Wellbeing Manager to lead our Meaningful Life program at Keilor East Manor Care Community. Permanent full time, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with a base salary plus 12% super.

You will develop engagement plans, mentor the care team, and work with clinical staff to enhance mobility and quality of life. The role offers career development via Opal HealthCare Academy, scholarships up to $15,000, and national secondment
