JASANZ is the Joint Accreditation System of Australia and New Zealand, the independent, government-backed accreditation body supporting confidence in certification and inspection across Australia, New Zealand and international markets. About the role
JASANZ is seeking an experienced Project Manager on a 12 month contract, to support the delivery of multiple digital transformation projects across our IT systems.
Reporting to the General Manager, Corporate Services, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and tracking project schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies and stakeholder engagement. You will work closely with internal teams, external vendors and senior leaders to support practical, well-managed technology change across the organisation.
What you will do
- Manage multiple digital transformation projects across IT systems, platforms and related business processes.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, workplans and delivery reporting.
- Coordinate project deliverables, risks, issues,
dependencies and decisions across internal and external stakeholders.
- Engage with senior leaders, business owners, technical teams and vendors to keep projects aligned and progressing.
- Support clear governance, status reporting, meeting coordination and project documentation.
- Drive delivery discipline while remaining practical, team-oriented and outcomes focused.
What you will bring
- Minimum 10 years’ project management experience, ideally including digital transformation, IT systems or business systems projects.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects, milestones, stakeholders and deliverables.
- Strong project planning, scheduling, reporting and governance skills.
- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate project information into explicit updates for non-technical audiences.
- A practical, organised and calm approach, with the ability to manage ambiguity and keep delivery moving.
