Client Relationship Manager – Commercial Cleaning

With our recent achievement of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certifications , together with our CM3 and Avetta prequalification , we are continuing to grow and are looking for an experienced Client Relationship Manager to help expand our client base and strengthen existing client relationships.
About the Role
Reporting to the Directors, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Your focus will be on securing new commercial cleaning contracts, conducting client meetings and site inspections, preparing proposals, and identifying opportunities to grow our services across Melbourne CBD and Regional Victoria.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Generate new business opportunities and secure commercial cleaning contracts.
- Conduct client meetings and site inspections.
- Prepare quotations and proposals.
- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Assist with client retention and contract renewals.
- Represent Eco City Cleaning Services professionally within the industry.
About You
To be successful, you will have:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Business Development, Account Management or Client Relationship Management within the commercial cleaning industry .
- A proven ability to win new business and build long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- A proactive, organised and professional approach.
- Current Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to travel throughout Melbourne CBD and Regional Victoria.
