Concrete Plant Manager – Wangaratta, Yarrawonga & Euroa

Engage, Build and Drive We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and energetic leader to join the Concrete Operations team as a Concrete Plant Manager – Wangaratta, Yarrawonga & Euroa.

You will be joining a strong team culture where personal and professional growth is valued, and your contributions towards our success are recognised. Reporting to the Area Manager, this is a multi‑faceted role responsible for the overall concrete operations across our Wangaratta, Yarrawonga and Euroa sites, including daily management, sales, operational performance and financial activities.

In your new role, you will: Be in the driver's seat, managing the day-to-day operations of the Wangaratta Concrete Plant while providing leadership and operational oversight of our Yarrawonga and Euroa sites. You will make decisions that impact the overall performance of the business, including sales growth, financial reporting and managing costs within budget. Engage with customers to strategically grow and manage the existing customer base across the Wangaratta region. Build and maintain effective relationships through regular communication, ensuring we are working towards achieving the perfect day for our customers. Conduct regular market analysis and gather market intelligence within your region. Lead and develop a high-performing team across multiple sites, fostering a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement.
