An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Project Scheduler to join a major SAP S/4HANA transformation program. Working within a high-performing PMO workplace, you'll play a critical role in developing, maintaining, and optimising project schedules across a complex portfolio of initiatives.

You will partner closely with project managers, delivery teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders to ensure project timelines are realistic, risks are identified early, and delivery milestones remain on track. This role offers exposure to large-scale enterprise projects and the opportunity to influence successful outcomes across a highly visible program.

This 12-month contract is ideal for a scheduler who enjoys working across multiple workstreams, navigating competing priorities, and supporting successful project delivery through robust planning and governance practices.

This is: what you'll do

- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project, OnePlan or similar tools
- Collaborate with project managers, vendors and stakeholders to gather project requirements and scheduling inputs
- Analyse project plans to identify critical path activities, dependencies and scheduling risks
- Monitor project progress, milestones and deliverables against approved schedules
- Drive schedule optimisation activities to improve delivery outcomes and resource utilisation
- Support risk and issue management activities across the PMO function
- Deliver schedule reporting,



insights and recommendations to project teams and senior stakeholders
- Manage schedule changes, impacts and forecast variances across multiple project streams
- Conduct scenario planning and schedule risk assessments to support informed decision making
- Provide guidance on scheduling methodologies, governance and best practice standards

This is: what you'll need

- Proven experience as a Project Scheduler within complex project environments
- Strong experience with Microsoft Project, OnePlan or comparable scheduling platforms
- Demonstrated ability to manage integrated project schedules across multiple workstreams
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience supporting PMO, project controls or enterprise delivery functions
- Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or PMBOK delivery methodologies
- Ability to identify and manage schedule risks and dependencies
- Relevant scheduling certifications highly regarded
- Experience working on large-scale SAP S/4HANA programs will be advantageous
